Justin Gibbs went the extra mile for us from the very beginning. We had a few must have options, and he took the time to search out the vehicles that fit. The vehicle we wanted to purchase had just been traded in two days previous and had not been detailed. While we were in handling the financing, Justin was in the garage helping the crew clean up the vehicle for us. Two days after the purchase we had an issue with the vehicle (no fault of Spartan Toyota) and Justin brought a loaner car out to my home, and took the newly purchased vehicle to the shop. Justin sent me text updates everyday, and played a big part it getting the vehicle back on the road. Justin is honest, down to earth and really cares about his clients. I highly recommend Justin Gibbs, and Spartan Toyota!

Great service. Ask for Juwion, he’ll line you up straight with any issues you have. Had a check from Navy Federal for part of the vehicle payment that was written to the wrong name, but they were able to help me out on our 4 month Sienna wait.

Tyler was amazing! We didn’t intend to buy a car same day, but we fell in love with the GMC we bought and Tyler hooked us up with a great deal! My only wish is that it didn’t take 2 extra days for us to leave with it (no fault to Tyler), the financing department took longer than expected! Overall, VERY happy with our new car! 💙

They charged$300 to replace rear lights in my Prius during oil change, and I had to reassemble my plastic bits myself because they didn’t and left the screws just laying around
