“ I arrived for my scheduled service on time, but the technician necessary had called in sick. By the time that was figured out and I had a loaner, I had wasted 2.5 hours of a work day. Picking the car up after it was finished was another 2 hours on another day. If they'd checked the scheduled work when the technician called in we could have rescheduled and not ruined 2 days. The people are pleasant and the work is done well. This won't keep me from returning. ”

I test drove 5 of them 3 had some noises and issues and none of the ones on my list were a good fit. Tyler the sales team member helped me find another car in the lot that fit all the things I was looking for and the financing team was able to work with me. I didn’t have a lot to put down since I wasn’t expecting my car to be stolen! They were super helpful and got me and my family into a beautiful car! I gave 4 stars because over half the cars I drove had some issues and I feel if they are asking 10k+ for a used car they should be fully serviced before test driving available. With that being said I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially someone in a pinch. ”
